The Ennis Endowment Fund for Chronic Pain Management (McMaster Endowment R4170A)

Dr. and Mrs. Ennis have set up an endowment fund under McMaster University for chronic pain management. It will be awarded to one resident every year into perpetuity for study in the area of chronic pain. The purpose is to attract more residents into this field and help develop the next Dr. Ennis.

All proceeds from the sale of Dr. Ennis’ art work, bows, whirligigs and boats, after costs, goes directly to the endowment fund. You will receive a receipt for any purchase but you will not receive a tax receipt from McMaster because you have received something in kind for your donation. If you give directly to the McMaster Endowment Fund without purchasing one of Dr. Ennis’ pieces, you will receive a tax receipt. The McMaster University link to Endowment Fund is here

The originals of Dr. Ennis’ prints are for sale on a piece at a time basis. Call to find out more.

We can accommodate payment with any card (eg. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit). However, if possible payment with a debit card would be greatly appreciated. Debit costs the endowment the least and leaves more funds for the endowment itself. Thank-you

Finally, if paying by cheque, please make it payable to Dr. Jeff Ennis. The funds are transferred to McMaster at the end of the festival and tax receipts will be issued at that time.

If you have any questions, please ask Dr. Ennis , Mrs. Ennis or one of our assistance.

Thank-you
